Full-scope aircraft management
for owner-operated aircraft.
FlightLine Solutions handles the day-to-day of owning an aircraft: Part 91 management, crew, trip support, and a clear monthly report on where the airplane and its budget stand. Based at Arlington Municipal Airport (GKY), serving aircraft owners across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. It's run by a working pilot, and you deal with ownership directly.

You deal with ownership directly
No call center, and no junior account manager. When you call about a trip change or a maintenance squawk, you reach the owner — a working pilot with more than 7,100 hours — the same person overseeing your crew and your maintenance. The roster is kept deliberately small so it stays that way.
Clients who stay
FlightLine has operated continuously under the same ownership since 2014, and the longest client relationship has run more than a decade. People tend to stay.
One report at month's end
At the close of each month you get a single operating summary: the flying you did, anything that came up, and where the budget stands. One document, not a stack of statements to piece together.
Everything runs through one point of contact.
Aircraft Management
Part 91Day-to-day administration, maintenance oversight, the fuel program, hangar and insurance, and FAA records — the standing work that keeps the airplane legal and ready to fly.
Crew Management
Contract or employeeRecruiting and vetting pilots, keeping training and currency current, tracking duty and rest, and running payroll — whether your crew is on contract or on staff.
Trip Support
Domestic and internationalPlanning, permits, handlers, ground transportation, and weather and NOTAM briefings, from the first leg through the debrief afterward.
Charter Brokerage & Supplemental Lift
Brokered through Part 135 carriersWhen your aircraft is down or not the right fit for a trip, we arrange charter through independent, licensed Part 135 carriers — who operate those flights. Plus acquisition and sale advisory, including pre-buy oversight, when it's time to change aircraft.

See exactly what you get each month.
Your whole operation on one page — flight activity, a single combined financial-and-budget table, maintenance status, and the short list of decisions that need your call. No stack of statements to piece together.

Switching management sounds disruptive. In practice it's a short, handled list — and most of it is on us.
- 01
Review & plan
We review the aircraft, its records, and how it's flown, and set a transition plan with no gap in coverage.
- 02
Records & compliance
Registration, airworthiness records, insurance, and vendor accounts are brought current and kept to standard.
- 03
Crew
Pilots are vetted and onboarded; training, currency, and duty and rest tracked.
- 04
Reporting & budget
We set up the operating budget and deliver your first consolidated monthly report.
Who FlightLine is built for.
A good fit
Owners who want one accountable point of contact, clean monthly reporting, and hands-on management of a single aircraft or a small flight department — run by a working pilot who treats it like his own.
Probably not a fit
Owners looking for a large national fleet program, or for a company to take operational control of their aircraft. You remain the operator; we handle the management around it.
Two years with them and I've never once had to chase down an answer or wonder about a squawk.
