Air Charter Broker.

Charter Butler LLC is building a private-jet charter brokerage backed by FlightLine Solutions. We are hiring an experienced broker in DFW for a founding desk role with base salary and uncapped commission.

About the desk.

DFW · Full-time · Base + commission

Charter Butler is a new private-jet charter brokerage launched by the team behind FlightLine Solutions, an established aircraft-management company.

We arrange private aircraft for clients who need to be somewhere: sourcing the right jet at the right price, locking the trip, and making it flawless from quote to wheels-up.

This is a founding role. You will not be employee #400 reading from a script. You will help shape how this desk runs and be rewarded directly for the business you bring in.

What you'll do

Build the trip and the book.

  1. 01

    Source aircraft and open or empty legs across the operator market, finding the right tail for each trip and the margin in each repositioning leg.

  2. 02

    Build and manage operator relationships, from a Citation out of Dallas at 6 a.m. to safety, insurance, and rate conversations that work for both sides.

  3. 03

    Quote, sell, and close charter trips by understanding the client's mission, pricing it clearly, and winning the business.

  4. 04

    Own each trip end to end, coordinating logistics, catering, ground, and changes so the client feels steady from quote to wheels-up.

  5. 05

    Handle Part 295 charter-broker disclosures correctly on every trip.

  6. 06

    Develop repeat clients and referrals, and help decide where the desk should plant the flag next.

What you bring.

  • Prior charter brokerage or Part 135 charter-sales experience, with real trips quoted and closed.
  • Existing operator relationships and a feel for the market. A portable book of business is a strong plus.
  • Fluency with sourcing marketplaces, charter CRMs, and the tools of the trade.
  • Sharp negotiation, calm under last-minute changes, and an obsessive standard for client experience.
  • High integrity. Bring your know-how and relationships, not anyone else's confidential client lists or proprietary data.

Uncapped upside

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, so strong performance is rewarded directly on top of a real salary.

DFW-based

The role is based in Dallas-Fort Worth, in office as the desk is built, with some flexibility once established.
