Buying or selling an aircraft.
Whether you're buying your first aircraft or moving up, down, or out, FlightLine looks out for the airplane — and for you — from mission fit through pre-buy and closing.
The right aircraft for how you actually fly
Before the paint and the interior win you over, we help match the aircraft to your real missions — typical trips, runway and range, passenger loads — and to the true cost of operating it. The goal is the airplane you'll still be glad you bought in year three, not just the one that looked good at the showing.
Pre-buy oversight, in person
The pre-buy is where money is made or lost. We're hands-on at the maintenance facility for the inspection: reviewing logbooks and airworthiness records, watching the discrepancy list as it develops, and making sure you aren't quietly inheriting a previous owner's deferred maintenance before you sign.
Transition and setup
Once you've bought, we coordinate the move — records and registration, insurance, hangar, crew and training, and standing up management — so there's no gap between closing and your first trip.
When it's time to sell
Selling well starts long before the listing. We help get records in order, the aircraft presented honestly and well, and the process coordinated so it moves cleanly and you're not answering avoidable questions mid-deal.
Where FlightLine fits
FlightLine advises and oversees — we are not a licensed aircraft broker. We work alongside your broker, title and escrow company, aviation counsel, and accountant, with one job: making sure the aircraft is right and the process protects you. Decades of hands-on experience across a wide range of types sit behind every recommendation.
